REVE Systems, the leading software solution provider announced today that it is going to support Bangladesh Government’s two ICT Projects. This announcement was made today in Dhaka, Bangladesh by REVE Systems CEO Mr. Ajmat Iqbal. In this regard, the agreement was signed on 29th July, Wednesday evening at REVE Systems’ office premises.
Out of the two projects signed, the first project is focused towards developing intranet communication platform among the government offices in all layers like capital to all divisions, division to the districts and from district to all the upazilas.
However, the second project is undertaken to develop an electronic system to report and manage violence against women and children.
‘The Intranet Communication Platform’will support the development of the use of IT in governance and ensure public service delivery to the citizens apart from helping GoB offices transferring files, data and instant messages through secured channel.
On the other hand,electronic system which will help ‘Managing Violence Against Women and Children’ will help to integrate both G2C and C2G modality in information processing forming transparent good governance on protecting violence against women and children.
National ICT infra-network for Bangladesh government Phase-II (Info-Sarker), a project undertaken by Bangladesh Computer Council (BCC) beneath the ministry of Information, Communication and Technology is going to implement the projects.
The Project Director (PD) of National ICT infra-network for Bangladesh government Phase-II (Info-Sarker) Joint Secretary Md. Saiful Islam, Deputy Project Director M. Ashraf Hossain, Deputy Project Director Dr. Md. Ziauddinand the CEO of REVE Systems Ajmat Iqbal signed the agreement on behalf of their respective sides.
The signature ceremony was attended by the Group CEO of REVE Systems, M Rezaul Hassan along with other members of the company. Many government officials were also present in the occasion.
Md. Saiful Islam, Project Director and Joint Secretary said,“Bangladesh is being digitalized very fast. These two projects are the biggest projects under the INFO-SARKER Projects. We have selected REVE Systems for implementing the technical things in a very fair selection. We believe REVE Systems will hand over the project within the agreed period.”
Addressing the media,CEO of REVE Systems Mr. Ajmat Iqbal said, “We are very happy and proud that we have been selected to implement these two big projects. We believe that we will hand over the project on time.”
